Delete Your Account

You can delete your CuratedCart account and personal information at any time. We offer two ways to do this — choose whichever is easier for you.

Option 1: Delete from inside the app (recommended)

If you still have the app installed

Open the CuratedCart app, sign in, then go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Confirm the deletion. Your account and personal data are deleted immediately, and any active subscription is cancelled at the end of your current billing period.

Option 2: Request deletion from this page

If you don't have the app installed (for example, you've already uninstalled it), use the form below. We will verify your request, delete your account, and confirm by email within 30 days.

Heads-up: deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. If you only want to cancel a subscription, you don't need to delete your account — manage it directly in Google Play, your Apple ID Subscriptions, or by emailing support@stylme.co.za for PayFast/web subscriptions.

Cancelling a subscription

Deleting your account does not automatically refund or extend an active subscription. If you have a paid subscription:

If you do not cancel, your billing relationship with the app store or PayFast continues independently of your CuratedCart account.
